Sale of OpenServer

A new company, Unxis of Delaware, is being formed to purchase OpenServer and selected other assets of the Santa Cruz Group. This should mean the continued availability and development of the product.

A bankruptcy court hearing on the proposed purchase is scheduled for July 27th.

Spelling

Actually I think they're spelling the company name, "unXis".
